Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. 

How to Return
In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

  • The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • The item must be returned with tags and packing 

Please email to request your return. Include your order number, name, email and telephone number that are linked to your order.

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product was received to you as faulty, defective or incorrect.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns outside of mainland Europe. Please fill in your form as required and ensure all returns are marked as returns to avoid any additional customs fees.

Sale items can be returned for exchange / store credit.
